If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Wax Bee - Organic Wax and more

“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“Website” refers to waxbee.pk, accessible from https://waxbee.pk

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Not Satisfied? No Problem.

If our product doesn’t meet your expectations, even after following our "How to Use" videos on our official YouTube channel @WaxBee, you can request a refund.

To do this, send us a clear photo of the product and the courier label, along with a short video showing how you used the wax. Once we review this, we will process your refund. Contact us via WhatsApp at 03002541400 within 15 days of your purchase for a full refund.

Refund Process

After approval, we will initiate your refund within 48 hours, transferring the amount to your bank account.

Returning Extras

If you bought multiple pieces and want to return the extras, ship them back to us. We’ll refund the product price (excluding courier charges) once we receive the items.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged Wax Bee product, send us a photo or video of the damage. We’ll replace it free of charge.
